The Love Clown is San Jose's longest performing busker. I have been performing tunes for tips on my trumpet in central San Jose since 1991. I have a repertoire of over 1800 tunes and growing. I just played music for the first several years and in 1995 I added clowning and balloon twisting to my repertoire. Some of the clown names I have used are FunkeyJim The Clown and BallooneyTunes the Clown.

The Love Clown can frequently be seen performing as a busker around San Jose's famous San Pedro Square restaurant area.

The Love Clown delivers a bouquet of balloons and performs a selected tune or two from his vast repertoire.

Includes free balloons, literature distribution and when appropriate tunes to entertain and attract attention. This is what you want to chose for your business promotion, company picnic - corporate event, festival, fair church or school event

Cartage fee.
For good causes The Love Clown comes to your event and entertains as a busker clown by making balloon animals and sculptures and playing tunes for tips.
The Love Clown donates a percentage of his earnings to your cause, usually from 25%. An excellent way to guarantee a fun and entertaining clown presence at your event.

HEALING CLOWN VISIT

$50 + Cartage fee.
Love has great compassion for the sick and disabled, especially the children. He will visit the patient and raise the patients spirits. Please use the birthday persons area to enter the patients name sex and age. Use the special request area to describe the patients affliction. If in the hospital please check with the hospital to make sure they allow clown visits. Also include the patients main doctors name and phone number and the phone number of the nurses station.

GENERAL TERMS: If your application is accepted you will be notified and a contract will be made. Payment in full is due at the time of contract signing in order to secure your booking date. Any overtime is to be paid at the time of execution. There is a bounced check charge of $40 plus recovery costs. If canceled within 10 days of scheduled performance a cancellation fee of $20 will apply. Other than a refund of fees Mr. Stamm will be held liable for no damages if for any reason he is unable to appear. CARTAGE FEES are $12 per hour (rounded to the nearest 5 minutes)plus 50 cents per mile( rounded to the nearest mile). I use mapquest.com to determine round trip time and mileage from the intersection of First St. and Santa Clara St. in San Jose. Because he is disabled with a bad leg from multiple trauma The Love Clown prefers to be seated. Unless arranged for he will provide his own seating and requires a 6 x 6 ft area to set up.
